What is the ZONO?

The ZONO™ is a Disinfecting and Sanitizing Cabinet that uses Ozone and Humidity to Kill 99.9% of common viruses+ like Norovirus, Influenza-A and RSV in non-porous surfaces and 99.9% of common bacteria* like MRSA, Streptococcus Pyogenes and E. Coli on non-porous, semi-porous and porous surfaces. Each cycle lasts only 38-minutes, making it an effective solution for sanitizing items quickly and efficiently.

Which ZONO Cabinet is Right for Me?

There are so many ways to customize each ZONO™ Cabinet for your center. Our most requested cabinets for child care centers are the SC1 – Single Door Cabinet, the SC2 – Double Door Cabinet, and the SC2DD – Double Door, Double Deep Cabinet. Each cabinet comes with an optional heat add-on for killing bed bugs, lice, and their eggs.

How Do I Load My Items Into the ZONO™?

Our Integrated Mobile Cart System ensures optimal workflow, reduces cross-contamination of items to and from the ZONO™, and alleviates the need for bending and lifting.

Items like paper, fabric, wood, toys, stuffed animals, pencils, crayons, electronic sand more can be placed inside of the ZONO™

Step 1

Place Items onto the Integrated Mobile Carts

The ZONO™ Cabinet disinfects and sanitizes many different surfaces, including plastics, electronics, metal, and varnished wood; and sanitizes fabrics and other non-porous, semi-porous and porous surfaces without using liquid chemicals.

Step 2

Roll Into the ZONO™ and Start the Cycle

Each cycle lasts 38 minutes, While you wait you can load up your other carts to be ready for the next cycle!

Step 3

Roll Out of the ZONO™ and unload

Enjoy your freshly disinfected and sanitized objects, no wiping, rinsing, or drying needed!

*Sanitizing level (kills 99.9%): Staphylococcus aureus, Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli, Streptococcus Pyogenes, Shigella dysenteriae, Salmonella Enteritidis, and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa on non-porous, semi-porous and porous surfaces.
